Measured Truth — the opposite of a demo

We measure what every camera in your fleet can actually deliver — per camera, with human-verified ground truth — then fine-tune the fixable ones and tell you which ones need hardware, not AI.

You stop promising flat accuracy SLAs your cameras can't hit, and start selling AI upsells on the cameras that can.

The problem you already know

Your AI upsell works in the demo and fails in the field, and it fails differently on every camera. Resolution at the region of interest, mounting angle, motion blur, night IR: physics sets a ceiling per camera, and no vendor tells you where that ceiling is. So you either promise a flat accuracy SLA the worst cameras can't hit, or you don't ship the upsell at all.

Ask your current vendor one question: “What is the measured accuracy on my worst twenty percent of cameras, per camera, verified against ground truth?”

Nobody can answer it. That answer is our product.

What we do

The deliverable is the Tier Map: one row per camera.

The Field-Adaptation Platform runs a Closed Loop over your existing fleet: sample the fleet, build human-verified ground truth from your own footage and records, fine-tune where fine-tuning can help, evaluate every camera on held-out footage it has never trained on, and assign each camera a Tier.

TIER 1

Good capture geometry. Adaptation should reach your bar.

TIER 2

Marginal. Measurable Lift, may fall short of the bar.

TIER 3

Physically capped. More AI won't help; a hardware change will. We tell you this in writing instead of burning your budget on it.

Every Tier verdict comes with the best measured accuracy for that camera, the Lift where adaptation ran, and a plain-language explanation of the physical capture reason. You can hand a row of the Tier Map to a non-engineer and they will understand why that camera is in that Tier.

What this changes for you

Stop selling blind.

Quote AI features per camera, on measured numbers from your own footage, not on a vendor's demo reel.

Stop eating SLA risk.

A flat fleet-wide accuracy promise is a liability someone eventually pays for. Per-camera Measured Truth replaces it.

Spend hardware money where it works.

Tier 3 cameras need a lens, a remount, or a replacement. That is a cheaper fix than another training run, and now you know which cameras those are.

Upsell with confidence.

The Tier 1 list is your sales list.

Who this is for

Camera-cloud and VSaaS Operators, integrator and MSP fleets, telco camera clouds, and parking operators who resell AI features on heterogeneous fleets they didn't install and can't easily replace. If you run the fleet and sell the AI, you are the Operator we built this for.

What we don't do

We don't sell face recognition. We don't sell biometric identification. We don't track individuals. Our attribute vertical covers worn and carried attributes only, such as clothing color and bags. Details in Data Protection.

Book a Tier-Map Audit Paid, fixed-fee, fixed-duration. We do not run free pilots.
